Return policy

Products ordered from the online store have a 7-day right of return from the date of receiving the order.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. The returned product must be in original condition. The product must be packed carefully, in the original shipping container where possible. Returns must be announced to and approved of in advance by Goldsmudge@gmail.com

Please note that SALE PRODUCTS have no right of exchange or return.
